Refund policy
At L1 Kit Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original sale condition.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must be attached and intact.

Customized items (with any names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective due to our error.

For non-custom items, we reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if conditions are not fully met.
Process:

Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack the item with all original contents and include your RA number and order details.

Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds & Exchanges:

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
